For some, self care is a Foriegn concept and they don’t know where to begin. They believe that it’s only skin deep and consist of face masks, mani pedis, and a nice relaxing bath. Those people wouldn’t be wrong but it’s so much more than that. Self care is an infinite amount of things, and is unique to everyone.
Everyone needs a place to start in their practice. The first thing to know is there is differnt levels to self care. It all depends on you, what you need, what you want to focus on, and where you want to start.
