Meet Benjamin a 24 year old, free spirit. Before starting this experience Benjamin never really thought about self care beyond taking care of himself financially. He said "it wasn’t something he really like to think about". Which made my time with him a bit different. We focused trying new things, and going new places. I took him to Ikea for the first time, and he introduced me into the world of funko pops. We spent sometime talking about life and different ways he could ease into his own personal journey.
When taking his photos, I wanted to show him something I do personally for self care, so we went to a park. The majority of his photos were taken off guard to truly capture him living in the moment and enjoying himself.
